ARO is a wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of Ogilvie Group. A unique feature of the Ogilvie Group (ARO Inc, Synergie -Contact and Ogilvie Acquisition) in the receivables and customer contact industry is that we are able to provide our clients with comprehensive customer contact management solutions in all stages of the customer lifecycle beginning with customer care to retention and 1st party programs, to 3rd party pre and post charge off collection programs and finally to management of dormant debt programs and debt portfolio purchasing.

Established in 1994 by its founder, Michael Ogilvie, ARO has grown into a national organization. With offices located in Montreal (corporate headquarters)- Quebec, Vancouver, Victoria and Kelowna- British Columbia, Markham and Burlington- Ontario and St. John’s- Newfoundland we provide our clients with local, regional and national consumer and commercial collection programs.

On October 11, 2013, ARO Inc. acquired A.R.C. Accounts Recovery Corporation. This acquisition provides for the merger of two (2) leading receivable management companies in Canada. The new ARO Inc. brings together experienced, innovative and creative staff with technology enabled receivable management solutions, analytical capabilities, technical support and a heightened level of service excellence.

Our client base at ARO is represented by various key credit grantors from a wide variety of private and public sector industry segments including financial, telecommunications, utilities, universities, government services, retail and commercial.

The customized programs that we offer range from 1st and 3rd party pre and post charge off collections to the collection of dormant debt. Specialized programs include early out skip trace, legal, overflow, call messaging and our innovative “Dynamic Monitoring” Trigger program.
